KnittingOn Thursday, December 11, 2014, the Cambridge Rindge and Latin “Knitting Club” students, along with their advisor Gina Hughes, visited the Salvation Army Center located at 402 Massachusetts Avenue in Central Square. The Knitting Club was formed last year, with support of RSTA/CRLS, to teach interested students the art of knitting. This year, the students worked to knit hats and scarves for the children who attend the family programs and the adults who live in the support program at The Salvation Army Center.
