To address students' needs, guidance counselors provide the following services:

• Academic planning
• Course scheduling
• Develop a 4 year plan with students
• Monitor academic progress
• Refer students for tutoring services
• Recommend and assist in the CORE evaluation process
• Provide counseling services and make appropriate referrals
• Evaluate promotion and graduation eligibility
• Provide college and career counseling
• Coordinate the college application process
• Inform students of educational opportunities
