Ms. Menges' portrait classes have collaborated with three different populations this semester spanning a range of ages and backgrounds, each involving drawing and getting to know either a child at the CRLS daycare, a peer in Ms Lausier's functional academics classroom, or a retired elder at Youville House Assisted Living.
Pictured here are her students with the daycare children and with students in Functional Academics. Both groups loved the attention and interaction and got excited about drawing as well!
