| Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays | 3 - 5PM |
| Sundays | 1 - 4PM |
Competition: The team competes in the highly competitive Dual County League, and will compete in non league competitions as well.

Cut Policy: The Gymnastics Team is a no-cut team based on experience, but all eligibility requirements must be met. Strong work ethic is a must.
