The Cambridge Youth Council needs volunteers to help out with a food drive on Monday, January 18th (MLK Day). Many residents who live in West Cambridge are leaving bags of food on their porches, and we need volunteers to help us pick up all the food so that it can be distributed to food pantries in Cambridge. If you are interested, please do the following:
- Meet us at 12Noon at the corner of Sparks St. and Huron Ave.
OR….You can meet at 11:30AM under the overpass at CRLS to get a ride to Sparks Street if that is easier for you. Please let us know at the link below if that is the case.
- Someone will drive you and another student around the neighborhood so that you can pick up the bags. You should be done by 2:30PM.
