CRLS Summer Reading Print Book Pickup Information
Posted on 07/26/2020

Dear CRLS,

As you may recall from our email in June, Principal Smith purchased each CRLS student one print book to read, enjoy, and keep (see the Summer Reading website for information on the five titles offered). The books have finally arrived and will be distributed to students starting next week. Below is the book pick up information that was shared with CRLS students (rising 9th-12th graders) and caregivers. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

How to Pick Up Your Print Book:

  • Students and/or caregivers may pick up the 1 book of the student's choice during the dates/times listed below. Anyone who absolutely cannot get to CRLS to pick up a book during any of those dates/times may fill out this Google form to request delivery.

Pick Up Dates and Times:

  • Tuesday, July 28 | 12Noon - 3PM | Main Entrance to CRLS: CRLS Library Teachers Ms. Boninti and Ms. Houston will be on hand to distribute summer reading books and assist students in their selection
  • Wednesday, July 29 | 9:30AM - 12Noon:  Main Entrance to CRLS: CRLS Library Teachers Ms. Boninti and Ms. Houston will be on hand to distribute summer reading books and assist students in their selection.
  • Weekdays, July 30 - August 24 | 9AM - 2PM: Main Entrance to CRLS (You will need to ring the bell located to the left of the entrance doors): Security staff will distribute summer reading books.

We did our best to estimate which titles would be most popular with students and order more copies of them. The books will be available on a first come first serve basis. In the event that someone doesn't get the print book they want, they can access the audiobook and ebook versions of all five options through Sora (information about accessing Sora is on the Summer Reading website).

If you have questions, please read through the summer reading FAQ, and do not hesitate to contact the CRLS Library Teachers.

Sincerely,

Kendall Boninti, CRLS Library Teacher
Emily Houston, CRLS Library Teacher
