Where do I pick up a card? MBTA Student Card Distribution Process
All CRLS students are eligible for a free M7 Card covering the 10-month period of September 2026 through June 2027. Cards can be requested by completing and submitting this form.

MBTA Pass Program Policies for the 2026-2027 School Year

• Only requests made using this form will be processed. The school will not provide MBTA passes on demand.
• Replacement Requests for Lost/Stolen/Damaged Passes
  • Students are responsible for their MBTA pass. If a pass is lost, stolen, or damaged, students must report the card lost and request a replacement using this form.
  • Students are allowed ONE replacement M7 pass during the entirety of the school year. If a student loses their replacement card, a reloadable MBTA S-card will be offered, if available. Please note, students who receive an S-card are responsible for loading funds onto the card.

If You Lose Your Charlie Card
If you lose your M7 Card, complete this form immediately. With a limited number of Charliecards, replacement is not guaranteed, but we will try! Please do not come to the main office before completing this form.
