Favorite Class at CRLS
AP Art. During some of my most stressful years as a student, AP Art has always been the class to look forward too with its calming atmosphere. It provides an environment where I can release stress and be surrounded by creative people.

Favorite Teacher
Deborah Haverty. Ms.Haverty provided me with a sense of home when I transferred to CRLS as a sophomore. Her art room became a place of comfort and she always made me feel welcome.

What did you like most about CRLS? Why?
I most liked how welcoming CRLS was to me when I transferred in as a sophomore. I was overwhelmed by the size and everything it has to offer. The students and faculty were very welcoming and I immediately felt comfortable which is something that gets lost in big schools.

What is something people unfamiliar with CRLS should know about the school? Why?
People who are unfamiliar with CRLS should know that we are a welcoming community that embraces diversity. With a large number of students, Rindge does a great job of creating a homey feel where anyone is invited. It doesn’t take long to feel that you belong.

Advice to Incoming Freshmen
I would tell incoming freshman to take advantage of everything Rindge has to offer. When I entered this school I limited myself in the activities and clubs that were available. Having all these opportunities is a great way to network and connect with your community.
