The Facilities Management Department oversees all aspects of providing an appropriate physical environment for our students, staff, and community.
Facilities staff are responsible for managing renovation and facilities, planning projects, and addressing daily needs such as pest management, maintenance, and custodial services.
The department also manages the use of school space by the Cambridge community through its facility scheduler system (previously known as facilities permits). If you are a member of the community and wish to reserve space in one of our buildings for a community activity or special event, please click the Facilities Scheduling link on the right.
If you have a concern about a school building, please contact the school's Principal, who will submit a service request through the senior custodian of the school building.
