Favorite Class at CRLS
Elementary Education. It is my favorite subject because, I get to explore my passion for teaching and being with little ones.
Favorite Teacher
I don't have a favorite. I love all my teachers! All the teachers I have had at CRLS were amazing, kind, and truly took the time to hear me out and listen to all my opinions, questions, ideas, everything and that's the number one thing I look for in a teacher.
What are some of the out-of-school time (OST) programs that you participated in between grades 6 - 12?
None.
How did being enrolled in any OST program(s) contribute to your success in and out of high school?
None.
What did you like most about CRLS? Why?
What I liked most about CRLS was that I could go to someone if I need to talk and have someone be there for me. Every time I needed to talk to I went to a teacher and they just listened to me and let me cry it all out if I needed to.
What is something people unfamiliar with CRLS should know about the school? Why?
Most of the teachers are actually really nice. Students will say that "oh, this teacher should not be teaching", but I have to disagree. The way you treat someone will most likely result in them not being so nice back. That's why you have to be kind to everyone not matter how many times they make you mad or frustrated cause at the end of the day your career and reputation counts of how people perceive you.
Advice to Incoming Freshmen
Don't get sucked into a bad group of people that will make you fail in school. Find a group of friends that make you feel motivated to be successful.
